Imagine how things might be different if our leaders, instead of being stressed, irritated and weighed down with worry, were calm, compassionate and wise. Wouldn’t they make higher quality decisions?

And if that person is in a position of power and influence, wouldn’t that be good for all of us? The decisions of leaders can affect us, whether we like it or not, so why not encourage them to improve their minds?

An enlightened leader is someone who uses their power for the greater good. Within them, the power of love has overcome the love of power.

This is no small achievement. Have you ever tried to control your own mind?

The overall objective of all this is, through spreading spiritual practices and values, to foster a shift in corporate culture so that leaders become more inclined to make benevolent decisions and use their power for good.
