What is this program about?
A group of us see a need for a more co-ordated and systematic approach to Dharma Pracar. This includes:
- Creating a sustainable Dharma Pracar community
- Honing our skills
- Understanding marketing
- Developing and sharing high quality resources
- Utilizing our talent
- Increasing the effectiveness of our Dharma Pracar work
We will be building a global community of pracarakas, running online and local training programs and developing high quality resources with and for our members.
Our first training program will launch in March 2026.
Is this program for me?
This program is for every person who:
- Practices Ananda Marga meditation with at least the first lesson.
- Would love to share our philosophy and ideology with the world.
- Luminous bodies are welcome.
Course One: (online) Dharma Pracar Fundamentals
This is a base-line course. It builds on 50 years of pracar experience, much of it highly successful, some less so. Often we learn more from our mistakes than from our successes.

Course Details
- There will be four 90 minute sessions.
- Weekly on Saturdays, beginning March 7th, 2026.
- 0800 Pacific time (California)
- The cost of the 1-month program will be $100 USD.
- Option of sponsorships and volunteer opportunities available.

Our Lead Trainer: Dada Nabhaniilananda
- Dada Nabhaniilananda, originally from New Zealand, became a WT in 1979.
- He is a well known musician, writer and public speaker currently posted as Dharma Pracar Secretary in New York Sector.
- Posted as Global Dharma Pracar Co-ordinator from 2002 - 2004.
- Author of Close Your Eyes & Open Your Mind: A Practical Guide to Spiritual Meditation - available in 12 languages.
- Co-Created the Bliss Timer app.
- Spoken and taught at TEDx, Google, Apple, Meta, UC Berkeley and many more companies and universities.
- Dada has brought many margiis, LFTs and WTs to Ananda Marga. He has been running Dharma Pracar training programs since 1988.
Our Organizing Team
Didi Ananda Gunamrita
Has over three decades of experience on the spiritual path, dedicated to pracār through kiirtan and devotional music.
Her work reaches diverse cultures and communities.
This service extends into early childhood education, promoting spiritual values among children and their parents through inclusive programs that foster community connection.
Didi Ananda Madhupurna
Brings over 20 years of Prachara experience across multiple countries, working with public and university students. With extensive international and cross-cultural insights, she specializes in early childhood education. Her career focuses on nurturing young minds through holistic development approaches, seamlessly combining spiritual growth with educational excellence globally..
Dada Subuddhyananda
Dada is a yoga monk and meditation teacher who began practicing in Australia in the 1980's and later trained in India. He now travels widely to teach and support local service activities, including humanitarian projects. Dada believes it is our responsibility to work for a better world: respecting our fellow humans, the natural environment and cultivating our inner potential. Dada enjoys photography, music and wilderness experience.
Acarya Rudranii
Has been practicing meditation and yoga since 1972.
She has taught meditation in prisons, women's shelters, in schools, universities, libraries, churches,yoga centers and at the World Bank.
She has also directed numerous social service projects.
